Cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. After that period a charge applies — this will not be greater than the booking fee paid, or 20% of the appointment cost.

How do I book?

Is a deposit or booking fee required?

Yes — a booking fee reserves your appointment and is applied to your service total. It also covers the cancellation policy if plans change with less than 24 hours' notice.

How long does permanent makeup last?

Permanent makeup is long-lasting but not permanent in the truest sense — most clients enjoy their brows, eyeliner or lip blush for 1–3 years before a colour boost, depending on skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure. All new PMU includes a perfecting session 6–8 weeks later.

How often do lash extensions need filling?

To keep a full look, most clients book a fill every 2–3 weeks. Come in with at least 40% of your lashes for it to count as a fill rather than a new set.

Does it hurt?

Lash extensions are completely comfortable — many clients nap! For permanent makeup, a topical numbing is used to keep you comfortable; most describe it as very manageable.

How should I prepare & care for my appointment?

For lashes, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. For PMU, avoid caffeine, alcohol and blood-thinners beforehand and skip active skincare on the area. You'll receive full, personalised aftercare to protect your results — following it makes all the difference.

Where are you located & is there parking?

I work from a private, Interior Health–approved home studio in West Kelowna, BC, with free parking. The exact address is shared once your appointment is confirmed. On arrival, please ring the doorbell — I can't hear a knock from the studio.

Can I bring my children?

To keep the studio calm, safe and focused on you, it's a child-free space. Thank you for understanding.
